Healthcare Content Creator

As a Healthcare Content Creator at STRAND, you’ll be part of a growing and dynamic team that’s working together to change the future of healthcare.

Your role will be to concept, research and create content to help our customers navigate the healthcare landscape, from clinical billing to diabetes accreditation and everything in between.

This is a full-time, salaried position and a successful candidate will be expected to reside in the area of Augusta, GA.

Main Responsiblities:

  • Collaborate with team members to create department-specific content
  • Identify opportunities to help increase customer engagement and knowledge
  • Create content for training customers through knowledgebase articles and FAQs
  • Develop content for social media and training

Required Expertise:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

LIFT TEAM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

The LIFT Team Account Executive will manage the relationship of current accounts, assist in on-boarding new accounts, and assist in acquiring new business. This is a full-time, salaried position and a successful candidate will be expected to reside in the area of Augusta, GA.
